Available to review the application process, answer admissions-related questions and discuss whether the MATC is a good fit for you via email, phone or video chat.

Laura Ruel directs the MATC admissions process and works closely with admitted MATC students to ensure they are meeting academic requirements. The MATC academic director also oversees pedagogical approach and course content and plans and directs periodic curriculum review to ensure that courses are robust and appropriate given the program objectives and evolving digital media environment. Rachel LillisMATC Administrative Director
Available to answer general inquiries and questions about technology requirements, online course basics, application issues, and student services.

Rachel Lillis has worked with distance-learning students since 2002 and quickly responds to emails and telephone calls requesting help with technical and other logistical issues. Rachel collaborates with faculty on development of their courses, ensuring they have access to the most up-to-date tools for online instruction. The MATC’s administrative structure also includes Heidi Hennink-Kaminski, senior associate dean for graduate studies, to ensure the program is well integrated into the school and maintains a high level of rigor and quality while meeting overall curriculum goals.
